Let’s all be honest with ourselves, who wouldn’t actually want to be lounging on the beach right now in Bora Bora, or Fiji or Bali (my literal dream) sipping on a fruity drink while thinking about nothing else than how tan you’ll be at the end of your vacation?!

To celebrate our honeymoon destination I’ve decided to share with you my top 5 tropical smoothie recipes that will make you feel like you’re on your own luxury vacation!

Hawaiian Paradise

Ideal for: The morning

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced.

  • 1 Orange, peeled and quartered

  • 1 cup coconut water (or fruit juice)

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks.

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks.

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or ground flax seed)

  • Handful of Ice Cubes

    Add everything into your favorite blender and dream about your tropical Hawaiian Vacation!

Jamaican Island

Ideal for: The morning

Ingredients:

  • Handful of Spinach (1 Cup)

  • 1 Mango

  • Banana

  • Chia Seeds (1 Tsp)

  • 1 Tbsp Honey (Use local honey if you have allergies)

  • Handful of Ice Cubes

    Add everything into your favorite blender and drink up!

Greek inspired smoothie

Greek Goddess

Ideal for: Lunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 4 Figs, sliced

  • 7-8 oz. Dairy-free yogurt (or Greek Yogurt)

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 1/2 Cup of Milk (You can get Almond milk with honey)

  • 1 Pinch of Salt

  • Handful of Ice Cubes

    Add everything into your favorite blender and sit your worries away in Santorini!

Bali Babe

Ideal for: Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 7-8 oz. Dairy-free yogurt (or Greek Yogurt)

  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey

  • 1/2 Cup of Milk (You can get Almond milk with honey)

  • 1 Pitted Date

  • 1/8 Tsp Cinnamon

  • Handful of Ice Cubes

    Add everything into your favorite blender and pretend you’re at a yoga retreat in my dream spot, Bali.

Horchata Mexico Bliss

Ideal for: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Dairy-free yogurt (or Greek Yogurt)

  • 1/2 Cup Horchata

  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 2 Cups Ice Cubes

  • Whip Cream

  • Extra Cinnamon

    Add everything into your favorite blender, top with whip cream, extra cinnamon and enjoy my favorite Mexican treat!
